  • Fire and Asset Services can conduct fire audits, site surveys and supply reports of existing essential services for testing and maintenance proposals.
  • As a valued customer, you will receive the Annual Fire Safety Certificate free of charge, on successful completion of all tests, completion of all necessary repairs (if any) and on payment of all outstanding accounts.
  • Our aim is to help you budget for the next year and spare you the inconvenience of additional expenses, when they can be foreseen in advance.A pre-paid contract can be used to lock in your charges making it easier to allocate budget and providing peace of mind that regular maintenance will be carried out to the Australian Standards.

Occupational Health and Safety Fire and Asset Services complies with all mandatory OH&S procedures. All employees have attended construction induction training and have continual job specific training. References Available upon request.
